Vigeo Kids EyewearVigeo Kids Eyewear

Vigeo* eyewear was originally created by Augen Optics and fuseproject, a San Francisco design
company, for a program in Mexico that distributes approximately 300,000 free eyeglasses annually to public school children. Called Ver Bien Para Aprender Mejor – or “See Better to Learn Better” – the program delivers free eyeglasses to underprivileged children who are struggling in school due to poor vision. Augen Optics has manufactured over 600,000 Vigeo* frames and hard resin lenses for this program since 2008.

Because of the popularity and outstanding quality of Vigeo* eyeglasses, which have received two
prestigious international design awards, Augen has made the eyewear available to children throughout the U.S.

Augen Optics designs and manufactures premium ophthalmic lenses including Augen High Definition Lenses® in progressive and single vision designs, and Augen HDRx™ Trinity® Free Form Progressives.
